I was looking for some more info about the Hudson which was released in an update to GT6 today, and I found this video. The good folks behind GT6 interviewed Mr. Andretti about his 1948 Hudson Hornet which he began his racing career with, and then had a replica built and given to him. It's an awesome car and a great story, and definitely worth a watch.
